Ayrton Breckenridge is an intern for the Star Tribune photo/video staff.


Breckenridge is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa where he studied journalism and cinema with a minor in history. During his four years at Iowa, he was a photojournalist, filmmaker, and eventually the managing visuals editor at "The Daily Iowan." Outside of daily coverage of news, features, and sports, Breckenridge helped produce two feature-length films and a photo book as a member of the "Daily Iowan Documentary Workshop." Breckenridge previously interned for "The Oskaloosa Herald" and has freelanced for "The Gazette" and "The Des Moines Register."
