Stadium

The Vikings' $975 million stadium is expected to open in 2016.

Public space

A public park will span two city blocks, roughly nine acres.

Residential

About 300 residential units, as well as 40,000-square-feet of retail, would be located on the towers' first few levels.

Residential

Residential units surrounding courtyards may be developed at a later date.

Office tower

Two 20-story office towers will span 1.2 million square feet – roughly the expanse of the IDS Center. Up to 6,000 employees could ultimately work there.

Parking garage

A parking structure with about 1,300 spaces for office workers, fans and the general public.
