Turning Point

Texas Tech had worked hard to push its small second-half lead up to six points. Then Mooney really made his mark and put the Spartans in deep trouble. The former South Dakota Coyote scored eight points for the Red Raiders during an 11-2 run, including back-to-back three-pointers to make it 45-33 with 11:17 left in the second half.
