Preview: After a league-record 13-0 start, the Lynx have dropped two games in a row and were a half-game behind Los Angeles in the WNBA's Western Conference heading into the Sparks' game with Dallas late Tuesday night. Sunday's 87-63 loss in Washington was Minnesota's worst since a 30-point loss in Los Angeles almost three years ago. New York had a six-game winning streak ended by Phoenix on Sunday. Still the Liberty (10-5) is in first place in the Eastern Conference.

Players to watch: Wolves G Seimone Augustus is coming off the only scoreless game of her career, having gone 0-for-4 in 21 minutes vs. Washington. F Maya Moore, who scored a season-low five points Sunday, has failed to reach double figures in two of her past three games. G Renee Montgomery led the team with 15 points off the bench Sunday. Liberty forward Tina Charles is leading the league in scoring (22.3 ppg). She has averaged 26 points over her past six games. G Sugar Rodgers, a former Lynx player, is second on the Liberty in scoring (15.1).

Numbers: This is the second of three games vs. New York. The Lynx roster is down to 10 players after the team waived 6-2 rookie forward Bashaara Graves, a 22nd overall pick from Tennessee.

Injuries: The Lynx report no injuries. Liberty G Epiphanny Prince (knee) is out.
