Thousands of women will be in Minneapolis this week for the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing. The conference is sold out, but here is one way to plug into the local tech industry.
Girls in Tech Minneapolis/St. Paul will host a panel discussion and mixer from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Engine Room, 91 S. 10th St., Minneapolis. The panel on mentorship will feature women from Target and Clockwork Active Media Systems as well as Facebook and the Global Girls in Tech organization.
