St. Cloud didn't get its Granite City nickname for nothing, as a newly listed $1 million home shows.
The luxury home, on Granite Way S., sits on a granite quarry "which has crystal clear water," said Chris Hauck of Coldwell Banker Realty, listing agent for the property.
The house, built in 2018 in the Quarry Woods housing development, includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage. Even the open kitchen has three ovens.
Hauck emphasized the pristine nature of the surrounding landscape. "The grounds surrounding the property are extensively landscaped and the window wells on the main floor face right out towards the quarry."
The 2,833-square-foot home is listed at $999,900.
