St. Cloud didn't get its Granite City nickname for nothing, as a newly listed $1 million home shows.
The luxury home, on Granite Way S., sits on a granite quarry "which has crystal clear water," said Chris Hauck of Coldwell Banker Realty, listing agent for the property.
