Michael Rand is a North Dakota native, a graduate of the University of Minnesota and an enthusiastic consumer of tacos. He lives in Eagan with his wife, three children and one energetic pug.

The Vikings got embarrassingly little in 2024 from the first three draft classes of the Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and Kevin O'Connell era. That has to change if they are going to keep winning.
