One person was dead and another injured after an assault early Saturday morning in Prior Lake, police said.
Prior Lake officers arrived at a home on the 16000 block of Brunswick Avenue after receiving a 911 call at 4:39 a.m., police said in a statement. There had been what appeared to be an assault involving "multiple individuals," according to the statement.
One person was arrested. Police said there was no threat to the public.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was assisting in the investigation.
