Blake rally stuns Hill-Murray
• BLAKE 6, HILL-MURRAY 5 (OT): The Bears scored six unanswered goals to upset the Class 2A, No. 5 Pioneers, who were leading 5-0 at the four-minute mark in the second period. Carly Bullock scored twice for the Bears (No. 2, Class 1A), who had only 18 shots on goal. Karlie Lund had four points for Blake.
• ANDOVER 2, CENTENNIAL 1: The Huskies struggled to find the net until Mikayla Goodin broke the tie at the 6:52 mark in the third period to give the Huskies a victory in the Northwest Suburban.
Boys' hockey
• LAKEVILLE NORTH 2, PRIOR LAKE 0: Connor Hyden scored the eventual game winner 6:37 into the second period as the Panthers rolled over the Lakers in a South Suburban game. Ryan Poehling added the final goal at the 11:31 mark in the third period on assists from brothers Jack and Nick.
Boys' basketball
• DELASALLE 70, BENILDE-ST. MARGARET'S 27: DeLaSalle senior Reid Travis scored 14 points in his season debut after missing the start of the year because of a stress fracture in his foot. Geno Crandall added 17 points for the Islanders.
• MINNEAPOLIS WASHBURN 74, MARANATHA 71 (OT): The Millers played their second overtime contest in as many days and won this one after losing a heartbreaker to conference rival Southwest the day before. Seniors Quinton Garvis and Rio Jones each had 23 points to pace the Millers (No. 9, 3A). Junior forward Jeremiah Hanson had a team-high 29 points for the Mustangs, who suffered their first loss of the season.
• MINNETONKA 87, ROSEVILLE 85: Mitch Felknor's putback off a missed shot with just three seconds left in the game helped Minnetonka inch past Roseville. Delshon Strickland finished with a game-high 24 points for the Skippers.
Girls' basketball
• MINNEAPOLIS SOUTH 56, ST. CROIX LUTHERAN 46: Eighth-grader Morgan Hill was the catalyst in a second half Tigers run that helped put away the Crusaders. She had a game-high 18 points and was the only player to finish in double figures.
