The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension on Tuesday released the case file from its investigation into the fatal shooting of motorist Philando Castile by St. Anthony police officer Jeronimo Yanez during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights, Minn., on July 6, 2016. Yanez was acquitted of all charges related to the shooting on Friday.
