JULY 13
Theft. A .38-caliber pistol, two magazines, a pistol case, a watch, a telephoto camera lens, a cabinet and a seat pad were stolen from a vehicle in the 13100 block of Lakeview Drive. The total value of the property was estimated at $2,174.
JULY 12
Theft. A video game system, games, a memory stick and a camera, total value $550, were stolen in the 13700 block of Country Place.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 13100 block of Oliver Avenue S.
JULY 17
Fraud. A 21-year-old Chicago woman was arrested for fraud and giving a false name to a police officer at Sears, 14250 Buck Hill Road.
JULY 16
Burglary. Police arrested a 23-year-old Maplewood man and a 19-year-old Hinkley, Minn., man in connection with a burglary in the 13400 block of Morgan Avenue S. Stolen were a desktop computer, a backpack, vacuum and other goods, total value $1,050.

Drunken driving. An Eagan man, 39, was arrested for drunken driving at Interstate 35E and County Road 42.
Fight. A fight was reported in the 14600 block of Portland Avenue S.

Robbery. A robbery was reported at Kwik Trip, 501 W. Crystal Lake Road.
Assault. Police arrested a Burnsville man, 30, for felony domestic assault in the 1100 block of W. Burnsville Parkway.

Mischief. Three drivers reported that rocks or other objects were thrown at their vehicles while they were driving in the area of Vermillion Street and W. 36th Street.

Theft. A scooter was reported stolen in the 1400 block of S. Frontage Road.

Property damage. A vehicle owner reported catching a group of people breaking his vehicle windows in the 1500 block of Cliff Road about 3 a.m.
Lost property. A purse was reported lost in the 1200 block of Easter Lane after its owner forgot it on top of her car and drove off.
Theft. A shoplifter was cited for the theft of property valued at $58 from Hallmark, 1283 Promenade Place.
Burglary. A mirror was stolen from a garage in the 3500 block of Blue Jay Way.
Theft. A group of diners left $3 on the table to pay a $52 tab at Applebee's, 1335 Town Centre Drive.

Fraud. A caller in the 1800 block of Sapphire Court reported that somebody used her credit card number to place a $229.17 order from Newegg.com.
Theft. Two teens stole a 12-pack of Budweiser cans from SuperAmerica, 1406 Yankee Doodle Road.
JULY 25
Fight. Police were called to a large fight outside Ansari's Mediterranean Grill, 1960 Rahncliff Court. A witness said 75 people were outside and combatants were punching each other and throwing tables. Most of the group had dispersed before police arrived.

Sex crime. Police investigated a case of criminal sexual conduct, involving sexual contact with a minor under age 13, in the 16700 block of Franchise Avenue W.
Fraud. Credit card fraud was reported in the 17000 block of Firtree Place.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen in the 16600 block of Jackpine Trail.

JULY 19
Theft. A series of vehicle break-ins was reported in the 1400 block of Northland Drive. Two GPS units and five cellular modems were stolen from one of the vehicles.

JULY 17
Theft. Police took a report that a passenger failed to pay an $81 cab fare in the 14100 block of NE. Shady Beach.
JULY 15
Theft. An iPod Touch, a wedding band, Coach sunglasses, and fake Dolce and Gabana sunglasses, total value $523.71, were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 17100 block of SW. Sunray Circle.
Theft. A pair of Rollerblades was stolen from a vehicle in the 3800 block of SW. Willowwood Street.

Theft. A GPS unit valued at $200 was stolen from a vehicle in the 14600 block of NW. Wilds Parkway. It was later recovered.
Fraud. Police arrested a Burnsville woman, 22, for check fraud at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 NW. Mystic Lake Blvd. The woman also had warrants out of Hennepin County and Olmsted County.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported at W. 153rd Street and Claret Avenue.
JULY 21
Theft. Police arrested a 15-year-old Rosemount boy for theft in the 14500 block of Cimarron Avenue W.

JULY 8
Neighbor dispute. A caller in the 14300 block of Savanna Oaks Drive reported that her neighbor has been coming over to yell at her and accuse her of stealing things. Police told the neighbor to stop bothering the woman.
Burglary. A storage unit was broken into in the 7800 block of W. 128th Street. The loss was estimated at $3,250.

Property damage. Lacrosse nets were damaged in the 13900 block of Glendale Road. The damage was estimated at $200.

Public hazard. A caller complained that people were hitting golf balls into the road near Mushtown Road and Hickory Hills Trail.

Burglary. A home in the 1700 block of Shoreline Boulevard was burglarized.
Theft. Wallets were reportedly stolen from motorcycles in a parking lot in the 14800 block of Townline Avenue.

Suspicious activity. A caller in the 22500 block of Pinto Lane reported that a neighbor was running around naked.

Theft. A theft was reported in the 200 block of E. Appleblossom Lane.

Underage drinking. Police cited a 19-year-old Rogers man and an 18-year-old Elk River man for underage drinking at Valleyfair, 1 S. Valleyfair Drive.

Vandalism. A vehicle was vandalized in the 1900 block of Pheasant Run Street.

Warrant arrest. A Belle Plaine man, 18, was arrested on a Scott County warrant at Valleyfair, 1 S. Valleyfair Drive.

JULY 27
Fraud. A resident of the 100 block of 13th Avenue N. reported that his debit card had been fraudulently used three times after he gave the card number to a caller who was posing as a T-Mobile collection agent.
JUNE 26
Found property. A purse was found in a back yard in the 1400 block of 6th Avenue S.
Drugs. Police cited an Isanti woman, 22, and a Northfield man, 30, for possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested a West St. Paul man, 36, for a Dakota County theft warrant after a report that they were using drugs in the 1000 block of Bryant Avenue.
Assault. An officer arrested a South St. Paul man, 19, for assault and underage drinking after he climbed onto a vehicle containing two passengers and repeatedly punched the window and spat on the windshield. It happened in the 700 block of 19th Avenue N.
WEST ST. PAUL
JULY 26
Burglary. Somebody broke into Batteries Plus, 1565 S. Robert St., through a window.
Burglary. Los Cabos, 360 W. Bernard St., was broken into and cash was stolen from the register.
Suspicious activity. A caller in the 200 block of E. Haskell Street reported that somebody was going in through a house's window. An officer found that it was a kid who had been locked out of the house by one of the residents. A woman at the house asked the officer to take one of the kids to the juvenile detention center for disrespecting her. The officer explained that being disrespectful is not a crime and that he could not do that.

Theft. A bike was stolen off a vehicle rack at Rainbow Foods, 1660 S. Robert St.
