Estimates of Wilf's net worth and the value of his family's residential and commercial real estate company have been sketchy because of the private nature of the family's Garden Homes and Garden Commercial Properties businesses. According to the company's websites:

Garden Homes has built more than 25,000 homes in the past 40 years, and offers apartment rentals in Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

Garden Commercial Properties owns and manages more than 25 million square feet of retail and commercial space, which according to the company's website ranks in the top 20 in the United States.

Other estimates

Sports Illustrated magazine in 2011 estimated Zygi Wilf's net worth at $310 million, 27th among 32 NFL team owners, not including the value of the team.
