NEXT OPPONENT: CHICAGO (3-5)
The Bears have internal strife and on-the-field issues, and have gone from potential NFC North favorites to last in the division.
OPPONENT WEEK 9
Bears were on a bye
Home losses to Buffalo, Green Bay and Miami have been costly for a team that is 28th in the league in scoring defense (27.8) and 20th in overall defense (372.4 yards given up per game).
WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Matt Forte, running back
Forte has continued to flaunt his all-around game, rushing for 562 yards and catching 58 passes (second in the NFL before Sunday) for another 490 yards. He has six touchdowns, and has only fumbled once.
OUTLOOK
The Vikings might just have enough moxey to go to Soldier Field and pull out a win. Outlook: Horns up.
