Because the New York Knicks lost to the Indiana Pacers on Friday night in Game 6 of their Eastern Conference playoff series, the seventh game of the Timberwolves-Nuggets series will be held Sunday night in Denver.
The Wolves and Nuggets will play at 7 p.m. Sunday and be televised on TNT. The Pacers-Knicks Game 7 in New York will be played at 2:30 p.m. Sunday and televised on ABC.
Even though the Wolves dominated the Nuggets in Game 6, the early oddsmakers have the Nuggets as five-point favorites to win Game 7 at home and move onto the Western Conference finals.
Denver, of course, is the defending NBA champion.
Dallas beat Oklahoma City on Saturday night to move to the Western Conference finals with a 4-2 series victory. The Mavericks will be the road team for the first two games Wednesday and Friday. Dallas will play host the next two games, Sunday and Tuesday, May 28.
