The search for two girls missing from their western Wisconsin foster home since Tuesday ended Saturday with word that the teens have been found safe.

Authorities gave no details about the circumstances of how or where Makayla Hanson-Wall, 13, and Candus Jean Flodin, 14, were found. They had not been seen since Tuesday morning, when they left the foster home for school.

On Thursday, police in St. Croix Falls, Wis., said the girls were at "high risk for endangerment because of [their] age," in a statement warning that they were "possibly traveling" with a man and likely to be in the Twin Cities area.
